In this privacy policy, references to "Cocooning The Catering Experience", "we", "our" are references to Formitable Premium Catering IKE, a company incorporated in Greece with its registered address at 7 Asklipiou str., 14568, Kryoneri, Athens Greece.

We provide catering services for meetings, incentive conferences, public and private events.

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing with you, we are the "data controller" for the purposes of Greek laws 2472/1997 protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data; Law 3471/2006 protection of personal data and privacy in the electronic telecommunications sector and amendment of law 2472/1997 and the "controller" for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation when the GDPR comes into force on 25 May 2018.

When you provide us with your personal information you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy.
